We're on the hunt for a Credit/Account Specialist who's equal parts finance-savvy, relationship-builder, and problem-solver. In this fast-paced, high-touch role, you'll be the heartbeat between our wholesale customers and our rockstar Account Executives-delivering service that's nothing short of exceptional.
Be the point-person for accounts receivable, making sound credit decisions and managing credit arrangements like a boss.
Leverage your experience with credit tools like UCC filings, letters of credit, guarantees, and shipment plans to keep orders moving without a hitch.
Provide concierge-level support to 10-12 Account Executives and their clients.
Own the full customer experience-from order placement and returns to promotional support and portal onboarding.
Have decision-making power: issue credits, reimbursements, and make things right when needed.
Act as the go-to for all things Brighton customer portal-onboarding, training, and empowering clients with our marketing tools.
Be a solution-minded partner, de-escalating concerns and escalating issues when necessary-with heart and professionalism.
Have a knack for building and maintaining strong, respectful client relationships.
Are confident navigating changing priorities and complex challenges.
Know your way around credit tools and best practices.
