We're on the hunt for a Credit/Account Specialist who's equal parts finance-savvy, relationship-builder, and problem-solver. In this fast-paced, high-touch role, you'll be the heartbeat between our wholesale customers and our rockstar Account Executives-delivering service that's nothing short of exceptional.


?? What You'll Do:

  • Be the point-person for accounts receivable, making sound credit decisions and managing credit arrangements like a boss.

  • Leverage your experience with credit tools like UCC filings, letters of credit, guarantees, and shipment plans to keep orders moving without a hitch.

  • Provide concierge-level support to 10-12 Account Executives and their clients.

  • Own the full customer experience-from order placement and returns to promotional support and portal onboarding.

  • Have decision-making power: issue credits, reimbursements, and make things right when needed.

  • Act as the go-to for all things Brighton customer portal-onboarding, training, and empowering clients with our marketing tools.

  • Be a solution-minded partner, de-escalating concerns and escalating issues when necessary-with heart and professionalism.
